Swastik Group is developing a residential project in Karve Nagar, Pune, in association with Anand Dhanashree Developers. It features two premium towers with an overall development area of approximately 34,000 sq ft. We are also developing a commercial project of approximately 18,000 sq ft on a 10,000 sq ft land parcel.
